  • Analyse performance to identify opportunities, investigate changes and recommend improvements.
  • Support the tracking and analysis of visibility across AI-driven search platforms as our GEO offering develops.
  • Contribute to client updates, helping communicate results and recommendations.

Outreach & Off-Site SEO

  • Support outreach and digital PR activity to build relevant backlinks and strengthen clients’ online visibility.
  • Research relevant publications, industry websites and opportunities for brand mentions.
  • Contribute ideas for content and campaigns that could attract coverage and links.
  • Monitor competitor backlink profiles and off-site visibility to identify opportunities.

  • Use AI tools to support SEO research, analysis and day-to-day workflows, with appropriate checks for accuracy and quality.
  • Keep up to date with developments in traditional and AI-driven search, sharing relevant insights and opportunities with the wider team.
  • Contribute ideas for improving internal processes and developing our SEO and GEO services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Around 2–3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, whether in-house, agency-side or working across multiple websites.
  • Practical experience with technical SEO audits, keyword research, content optimisation and on-page SEO.
  • Experience using Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and an SEO platform such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
  • Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify or similar to implement website and content improvements.
  • Experience analysing organic performance and contributing to SEO reports.
  • An understanding of how content structure, search intent and website authority contribute to organic visibility.
