In a challenging and ever saturated market, Leisure Resorts required help refining and building on their PPC activity. Previously managed in house, Leisure Resorts needed expert advice on how to maximise their return on spend to ensure that they were reaching the relevant audiences at the right time.

The Solution

Black Lab restructured Leisure Resort’s existing campaigns, reviewed ad tracking to make it more streamlined and granular in an effort to assist in reporting and analysis. We oversaw the company’s transition to GA4 from Universal Analytics, keeping regular and open communication with the Leisure Resorts to keep them up-to-date every step of the way.

The Results

By optimising the ads that Leisure Resorts were running through their PPC account, Black Lab were able to ensure that there was no little-to-no wastage on the allocated budget. Relevant ads were shown to relevant customers at the right point in their consumer journey. In numbers terms, this led to a 35% reduction in cost-per-lead after 3 months.
